It's interesting, it's delicious and it's comforting. We are a Bay Area breakfast truck.

Interesting - means that I am willing to turn a Cuban classic into a delicious breakfast sandwich. This might sound a little weird for breakfast but the flavors work really well together.

Comforting - it's warm and the air is cool. Its breakfast food and it is just simply comforting to have breakfast cooked for you. It warms the belly, feeds the soul and makes us all feel good.

Delicious - I love to make delicious food. It's not about me but about showcasing the ingredients in a complimentary way. And when that is done right the food is simply delicious.
